The ‘Yellow Vest’ protests
On November 17th, about a month ago on a sunny Sunday, French citizens closed off many intersections and most highways from traffic de facto shutting down France for the last day of the week. This was concealed by the media most outlets failing to report on it similarly to the situation which is taking place at the moment in the country. French people are generally unhappy about everything, but this time they mean it literally.
Fast forward to today a New French Revolution is brewing, people are demanding meaningful change. Thus far, the French state hasn’t been run as a country (maybe since the Louis) but as a
Emmanuel Macron is a disliked if not hated man by many French – and for good reasons. Apart from the one skill he has: reading from the teleprompter, Macron is simply a controlled man, a manipulated puppet on strings, and is hellbent on making good on the promises he made back in 2016 to his financiers. That’s why he decided to circumvent the French National Assembly and use his executive powers to enact new ‘labor reforms’ earlier this year. A highly unpopular move which was also employed by the previous French administration creating riots and fueling unrest all over France. Now it’s time of Macron and his gang of here-today-gone-tomorrow politicians to fool the French people into believing in a corrupt and rotten-to-the-core system.
French authorities were quick to renounce the new tax in question, however, that was not enough. The current state of France as a country is sickening to any benevolent and patriotic French or European individual. The senseless crackdown on these protests all over France and the silence from all the other countries are a sign that the other elements of this corrupt political, social and financial monster which intends to break proud Europe doesn’t want to give a since inch to the very people it claims to represent.
The ‘Yellow Vest’ protests are mostly organized through the internet and social media most participating people sharing support and voicing the need for peaceful protests. Most police officers are in support of these protests. Bloomberg has come out claiming that the Russian Federation is somehow behind the massive outrage against the French government which is totally bogus and an outright lie in order to delegitimize the protests and the demands of the French people. Some media outlets (funded by the same hand) are now questioning the role of social media because social media provides a platform to organize protests dubbing it an ‘angry populist movement‘ and a ‘threat to democracy‘. The fake media is trying to grab every single opportunity to denounce the Yellow Vests movement in order to enforce the status quo in Europe.
The mainstream media funded by the same bad actors are presenting the phenomena as ‘violent riots’ which are a ‘catastrophe to the French economy‘ stated by the French economic minister, an ex-officio member of the Board of Governors of both the IMF and the World Bank, aka an old scaly gator in the French swamp.
“A new “unofficial” list of Gilet Jaunes demands here:
- Leave EU & NATO
- Default on public debt
- New constitution
- Less immigration
- Cut taxes to 25% of GDP (so half current levels)
- Better public services/massive hiring of civil servants
- Scrap CFA Franc in W Africa (??)”
The French people are obviously, and rightfully so, are discontent which how things are and prepared to take it up themselves to change their situation. They are calling for an exit from both the European Union and NATO, a default on the French public debt (which is currently 97% of the French GDP – 2017 figure and is likely unrepayable) and a New Constitution recognizing their rightful rights and liberties. Essentially, they are revolting against all the things their multinational, cosmopolitan, progressive globalist elite stands for and they are fighting to bring back everything which made France a great power in Europe in the first place.
To great delight
The Yellow Vests movement has also spilled over other countries. Many Germans, Dutch, Swedes and now Belgians are showing their support to their fellow French sufferers. People took to the streets not just to show compassion but also to protests against high taxes in Belgium. Belgian authorities went as far as locking Yellow Vest protesters into unsanitary stables for hours.
Outlets are claiming that due to the protests more than 1700 people have been detained by French police and about 200 other injured, these numbers are, of course, rising. Police brutality is also on the rise. Police orders were leaked the night before and they are out for blood. Through social media, multiple clips and footage surfaced lately showing police officers brutalizing protesters and even violating the rights of a handicapped individual peacefully protesting in his wheelchair. Paris is currently on high alert, in some districts a de facto curfew is being enforced.
The French people should not accept the lies and deceit which will be put forward by the French government as a ‘deal’ and ‘compromise’. So far the French administration broke every single promise they made to the French people and violated every single principle of democracy. The French people either get everything they aspire for or they can choose to be left with nothing but broken promises.
