Reasons for the Gender Pay Gap:
1-Biology, men have bigger brains, higher IQs……we’re smarter than women…
2-Biology, men are physically stronger than women…
3-Biology, men have testosterone, the fuel of the Gods…
4-Biology, women control sex, men want more sex than women, men compete for women more than women compete for men…..so this fuels male achievement in order to access higher quality females. That’s why men compete harder than women. This need to compete for sex is considerably less in females than males, for biological reasons. Human females don’t need to compete and win, to get sex from men. But men do need to do that. Competition for sex fuels the wage gap, because it gives human males more reason to compete and work for more money, than females have.
5-Biology, more men are in the extreme high end of IQ. Even at 130 IQ, the top 10%, men outnumber women at least 2:1…..smart people make more money
6-Biology, women get pregnant, they select our men who are “winners” and earn more than them, so the men can take care of them financially when they have children. Doing away with the gender pay gap means there are far fewer men for these women, when she gets pregnant.
7-Biology, women have a very short fertility window, men have a very long fertility window. If the society wishes to reproduce itself so it doesn’t die off, women need to be directing their energy into producing the next generation or there is no future for that society. In a very real and practical sense, it means women have less energy and time than men, for economic competition, if the society wishes to have a future.
8-Biology and math logic: When a society is structured so there are a lot more men around, who make more money than women, this appeals to women because they evolved for hyper-gamy, meaning they want a man who can take care of them. The closer the two genders get to pay equity, as groups, the fewer men are around, who earn enough to interest a woman. When women as a group earn as much as men as a group, that means for any random man and any random woman, there is a 50% chance that she will earn more than he does. When that happens, women are not interested. The math paradox is, women want to earn as much as men, as a group, but every woman wants HER man to out-earn her. When gender parity is mathematically reached after the pay gap is removed, this will strongly reduce a woman’s chances of finding a man who out-earns her. This means women’s romantic and marriage choices remarkably decline, the closer the sexes get to each other, mathematically…..to wage parity.

In conclusion the “pay gap” arises from entirely natural and biological reasons….it’s rooted in nature. The pay gap, with men earning more money than women, arises out of natural biology, of women being biologically dependent on men for survival. That’s the natural pattern in a sexually dimorphic species where females are physically weaker than males, they have long pregnancy, it takes a long time to raise a human baby to independence. Females depending on males who are stronger than her? It’s the way things are supposed to be. It’s the way nature wired up life in the mammal universe. Women are supposed to need men, not be their equals. That’s a result of evolution and how the sexes evolved to be mutually inter-dependent and definitely not equal, but rather complimentary to each other, to fit the needs of human survival. Feminism is trying to break nature. Believe me, that won’t work for long. We can try to break nature, but nature will break us instead, very soon too. In a pair bonding species like humans, you want men to invest long term in their offspring, for best results in terms of producing high quality humans. Since women have a short term biological window to produce offspring and since raising children is a tremendous time user for women, if you want a future generation, your society must emphasize women being Mothers rather than economic competitors to men. Societies that emphasize women as Mothers, those societies have a biological future. That’s not us. Right now in America, we have no future. We just have some crap we bought at the mall. Societies that emphasize women as economic competitors to men have low birth rates and no future and will be replaced by people from societies with better biological instincts. Removing the pay gap means getting women to work and compete as hard as men, which means your society has fewer children and thus no future.

In fact, to properly run the modern world, we need to increase the pay gap. Men should earn a lot more, compared to women, than they currently do. This would make men more attractive to women, more able to look after her, in her prime biological years for producing offspring. Currently in advanced technological countries, the birth rate is at an all time historical low. Feminism and it’s assumptions about the restructuring of economic life, is literally killing us off, as a civilization. We are producing less than half the replacement level of children needed, just to tread water, just to keep our population at it’s current number level. That’s why the West is dying…including America.
You can figure this out from retirement economics. This low birth rate of course is screwing up our economic plans for paying pensions for retiring boomers. So to compensate for the lack of children, in part caused by women concentrating on economic competition rather than being Mothers, to make up for the lack of children, we import or let in, massive numbers of people from the Third World….for all the children we don’t bother to have. Thanks, feminism. Then over time, having imported the Third World, we become the Third World….like in California right now. Thanks, feminism.

One thing that would help alleviate this problem is make men more attractive to women. Get rid of feminism. Do the opposite of what we are currently doing: Ensure that any man who wants a family can afford a house, just so long as he is working and is married and has children. This means economically strengthening the position of middle class men in society, so women find them more attractive. Women respond to incentives of security. If she knows a man can provide her with a home and take care of her basic needs, she will find him more attractive and have children with him. But if she out-earns him and can’t depend on him to provide her with a home, if she knows she has to do that herself, she is unlikely to have children….so she avoids having children. This means a rapidly declining population, like we have in the West today. It means a quick demographic death for our culture. Part of the way out of this is increasing the pay gap to favor men more, strengthening men’s economic position relative to women, so he can afford a home and looking after his family.

Does this sound pie in the sky and unrealistic to you? Well….guess what? It’s exactly how America operated for decades…in the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s and some of the 1970s….and it resulted in a giant Baby Boom. We did it once, we can do it again. Men back then earned enough to buy a house, raise a family, even if he just had a job at the gas station, pumping gas. A house cost 2 or 3 years salary for a man, back then. How come we can’t do that today? Women didn’t have to get a job back then, but could so so, if her husband was injured or she wanted to work. What ruined this world? Feminists. Especially 2nd Wave Feminists….Prompted by corporations who wanted cheap labor from women, the corporations and feminists started their indoctrination, telling women not to be Mothers, but be economic competitors with men….in their young years, when nature insists they be Mothers. They took over the schools, indoctrinating young women, ruining them as future wives. This feminist plan ruined America. That was the start of all this wage gap stupidity. It began with upsetting the natural balance between the genders.
If society is structured so that men out-earn women and if women get to chose from among the men who are the biggest “winners”, then the women will be, more often than not, choosing healthier and smarter and more competitive men. That’s a good thing. This means the quality of the offspring of that society gets better over time. The pay gap is a fitness test by nature. Men are supposed to earn more than women. Otherwise they should not be fathers. Men earn more because they are bigger and stronger and smarter. It’s all about evolution. Evolution is full of fitness tests, it’s how the species stays fit. Stopping biological degeneration of the species requires males to compete for females. Noncompetitive men in nature have fewer or no children, and competitive healthy men tend to have more children. That’s a good thing. Did you know that you have about 2X as many female ancestors as male ancestors? Why is that? It’s nature weeding out men that should not be fathers. That means nature set things up for men to compete for women. That’s how nature works. This keeps the species fit. Feminism works against this natural biological process. That’s unhealthy. For mammals of all sorts, the general biological pattern is the males compete with other males, one way or another, for breeding rights with females. That’s how nature works, for mammals. We are mammals. What should we learn from male mammals in nature competing for females? It’s a clue for us of how to organize our economic life. Our wage and income benefits must be patterned after nature to be successful. Male birds need to provide for female birds. Male humans are no different in their basic requirements for sexual reproduction. More complicated, but the same basic principle. Birds need places to live. So do humans. Birds need food. So do humans. Birds need various resources, often provided by the males. So do humans. In nature male mammals “win” competitions and compete for females. And in nature, females pick out the best males, based on that competition. That’s how nature works. That’s how to organize our society. That’s how our economy and wage patterns will work best. Things work best, when based on natural patterns, because those patterns evolved to keep us healthy, to perpetuate our species of mammals into the next generation. Ignoring or contravening natural evolved biological patterns will not work. There are deep biological truths in nature, that evolved for very good reasons. One of those truths is males competing for females. That competition is the basis of sustaining a healthy mammal population. Eliminate it and the species of mammals degenerates pretty quickly. That’s what we are doing right now, with feminism. The “wage gap” is similar to two male birds in nature bringing straw and nuts to the female, to please her, win her favor for breeding. It’s a competition among males, for breeding. Feminists think nature doesn’t apply to humans and economics and how the sexes should relate to each other. Yes it does. Feminists think male and female mammals can be exactly equal and alike. No they can’t. Not if you want the mammal to survive. Not if you want the female to survive. In nature: The female chooses best male and the species continues. But if you stop male birds from being able to compete for and impress females, those birds die off pretty quickly. Men competing and winning and women selecting out the winners for breeding is how all mammals stay healthy. The wage gap reflects that natural process. The wage gap results from healthy mating competition. Eliminating it biologically weakens the population.
Narrowing or eliminating the wage gap is bad for the health of the offspring, it is bad for women. It eliminates the possibility of nearly every woman getting a man who will support her economically while she has children, if that is what she chooses for her life. But if women out-earn men, it creates a shortage of suitable men….for women. This hurts women. Paradoxically, the bigger the wage gap, the more men out-earn women, the more women actually benefit, because high earning men will almost inevitably attract a female. Successful men can then provide for and take care of her needs, when she has their children. That’s what all women want. Women don’t date down. They don’t want to look after men. They want to be looked after and be financially secure, when she has children with him. That means men should earn more money than women. Reducing the wage gap hurts women. Making women and men financially equal takes that privilege of finding a man who earns more than her, it takes that privilege away from women. Since women are ones having baby, keeping the population going, eliminating the wage gap means radically reducing the number of men who can support families and help women raise her children. This hurts women. Nice going, feminism. You hurt women.
Eliminate the wage gap? No thanks. That hurts women. I am not interested in being cruel to women, by eliminating good men, for women. Successful men who out-earn women will usually use their money to support a woman, one way or another. I am not interested in a war on useful men. Feminists need to stop their cruelty to both genders. We need to build men up, so they can be strong, be leaders and be successful and thus help women, when the men are successful. Eliminating the wage gap means reducing the number of successful men, that women find appealing. That just hurts women and children in the long run. That’s cruel to women. Feminists are stupid. I don’t apologize for saying that. Cruelty to women is stupid. Feminist policies are cruel to women. Their feminist goal of eliminating the wage gap hurts women. Feminists should start thinking about what is best for women and children. Strong, successful men are what’s good for women. Tearing men down hurts women. The policies feminists are pursuing is hurting women and children. Feminists are sick and cruel people, that hurt women.
In short, feminism is truly biological cancer.
