North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un and Donald Trump are going to Meet Save for later Reblogpost

Most people say that the whole thing began during the recent Winter Olympic games in Pyeongchang this year, when the North Korean and the South Korean team have agreed to march under a unified Korean flag. A sister of Kim Jong-un, Kim Yo-jong has also attended the Olympic Games, who was very glad to see the Korean marching under the said flag.

However, notable international pressure from the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation was also essential to “bring” the two nations together and avoid a proxy or nuclear war. Back in January the leaders of China decided to send 300,000 Chinese soldiers to the Chinese-North Korean border, meanwhile Russia was also making its military presence felt on the Russian-North Korean border, consequently putting great pressure on the North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un and other officials.

The situation after the Olympic Games has greatly eased and it looks like that a peaceful resolution of the feud between the United States and North Korea is well within reach.

During the Olympics they have told Kim’s sister that they (South Korean leaders) intend to speak with Kim Jong-un at the “earliest date possible”. Kim Jong-un went as far as to personally meet a delegation in Pyongyang, North Korea welcoming them with open arms and warm hospitability. “The bottles kept coming,” said an administrative source who had official knowledge of the meeting.

So it seems that both the North and the South are interested in a discourse between each-other in a manner which was perhaps unprecedented in the last about 50 years. At this time it appears that the conflict between the North and the South are greatly diminished and relations are constantly improving – which is a good sign for all the peace-loving people in Korea.

According to some South Korean officials Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un are set to meet sometime in May.
