It has been strange to me that, for whatever reason, heavy metal music is popular among a large number of white nationalists. I have read blogs and articles championing heavy metal as some sort of “pro-western” music or some, if you will “a kind of last stand of implicit white identity”.
Maybe I didn’t say before, but I’m actually a big music geek. I listen to it all the time and play a number of different instruments. Some of my friends and siblings were into heavy metal when I was a teenager and I went along (regrettably) to a number of concerts back when.
Regardless, I find it extremely bizarre that their is an attitude that metal is somehow the unofficial music of white nationalism. In reality, the rock and metal genres have been extremely Jewish and subversive since their beginnings. Many of the most popular figures (especially in America): David Lee Roth, Dave Mustaine, Chuck Schuldiner, Alex Skolnik, Marty Friedman, Mike Portnoy and Jordan Rudess, Scott Ian from Anthrax, and so many more are all ethnic Jews or at least partially. One of the biggest rock n’ roll Jews this side of Gene Simmons, Dee Snider (Jay Jay French of TS was also a Jew) recently complained about anti-coronahoax protesters using his protest song “We’re Not Gonna Take It“.
A lot of my metal friends really idolized Dee Snider because he’s this hero to them for “saving” metal from “censorship” in the 1980s or something. He fought for the youth to be allowed to consume whatever degenerate material was out there without the old people in the American government stopping them, but later complained when it reached its inevitable stage of middle-aged latino women twerking during sportsball.
As a relevant aside, as I believe I talked about in an article last year, the American war on heavy metal music and video games was really just the last of the WW2 generation trying to stop the reaping of what they’d sown. If you look at the history of American (and indeed the world) pop culture up until the late 80s and early 90s, most of it had been about fun and optimism. But with the late Gen X, it took a noticeable turn. Now, everyone was nihilistic, they went from playing video games about plumbers to ripping people’s heads off in Mortal Kombat, they went from Stryper to Varg burning down churches, etc. I believe that these people knew this was demoralizing, but were unable to articulate it and express exactly what the problem with it all was; that it indicated a deeper social problem. The youth was angry and nihilistic about their future and life as a consequence of the boomers and their destructive, apathetic lifestyles. I believe that a lot of the people you can see on TV going on about how metal is this great satan and all that other outrageous stuff back then were intentionally planted; probably just paid actors, by Jews to make the goyim who were noticing seem totally ridiculous.
Unfortunately, it worked.
One thing that you may notice, just check up on your school friends who are still “metalheads'” facebooks, is that today — despite supposedly being a counter-culture — basically all metalheads are parroting establishment opinions. That is because heavy metal originated with the baby boomers and the baby boomers (who fought against things like “racism”) wound up becoming the establishment.
This leads me to my thesis: Heavy metal music and “culture” was NEVER opposed to “authority” for the sake of it. I would say that punk was not either (and this crossed over with metal in the form of “thrash”). It was opposed to it because it saw that authority, which sought to uphold what remained of European tradition and standards, as a vile and oppressive institution to be torn down.
Metal has always been as disgusting and anti-white as possible. When it really began, in the late 70s to the early 80s, it was all about destroying religious institutions. Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t like the christcucks either, but this wasn’t some “pro-pagan” or whatever thing. It was about “fuck your traditions and purity”.
Iron Maiden wrote songs about how evil white people are
Then, in the mid to late 80s, it was all about transgenders.
These (alleged) “men” were also the biggest pieces of shit on the planet in their time. We all know the stories about these rockstars and their drugs, pumping and dumping women, marrying strippers, killing people in drunk driving, and Nikki Sixx and Ozzy Osbourne licking up each other’s piss.
Then, in the 90s, the anti-religious themes made a real big comeback.
But then, it was all about who could be the edgiest nihilist who ever lived.
Don’t forget “death metal”, which such morons like “Cannibal Corpse” — I struggle to call that “music” — putting shit like this on their albums
These retards were, if you didn’t know, also banned from playing stuff from this album or displaying it in Germany. Eventually, this was cucked on. People were always assured that Cannibal Corpse were totally mentally stable and good guys, even when that one guy from the band turned out to be totally insane.
Since the 2000s, it’s all been plastic geek music that I’d expect Dungeons & Dragons players to listen to.
Then let’s move onto the symbolism. We all know this:
These are usually called the “metal horns”, but it actually originated with Dio and is supposed to be a hand symbol for abolishing of the “evil eye” in Catholicism or something. Of course, the metalheads immediately took it to be a symbol of evil.
But the biggest thing, and related closely to what prompted me to write this blog post, is the fashion. Ohhhh the fashion.
Despite their alleged “resistance” to being “sheep” metalheads are among the biggest consoomers there are. I think that some of the guys I know who are into it ONLY own band shirts and only in black. Many of them, like the woman above, ruin an otherwise cute jacket with tons of patches of band logos. It’s no different than a soyboy putting plastic figures on his shelf or getting a super mario tattoo, to proudly show that he consumes this product.
Hilariously, metal fans often bicker and argue among themselves about what is “real metal” and whether metalheads should be allowed to have short hair or not. They don’t realize it, but it’s an attempt to introduce exclusion into their otherwise universalist “culture”; an attempt to make it feel more real.
And where does this fashion come from? From this guy in the middle
Rob Halford. What inspired him to wear all this leather and stud? Gay bondage clubs (seriously). This guy is a massive homo and, as per an article I saw linked from another page that inspired me to write this, literally admitted that the police in America covered for him committing sex offender crimes.
“The police did me a favor by keeping it out of the press because it would have been big news. I always refer to that, slightly tongue in cheek, as my George Michael moment. I was lucky,” Halford said, “because the sad thing is it makes people who don’t understand the gay community just go: ‘Obviously they’re all just a bunch of perverts.’ And that’s horrible.”
Gee Rob, you were hanging out in public bathrooms, which children also go to, trying to find a man to shove his penis up your butt! That sounds like something a sick pervert would do!
When you put it all together, and add the fact that heavy metal takes some of the least musical ability to play — yes, I’m aware there are some genuinely great musicians in it but they are NOT the norm by a long shot — it’s simply absurd that anyone could consider this music and its surrounding subculture to be somehow a “pro-western” thing. Chords on guitar too hard to learn? Well, the distortion means you can really only play two note shapes on the guitar anyway and cover your sloppy playing. Can’t afford singing lessons? Just scream! The cookie monster is in every fucking band now.
None the less, people still argue there’s something about this music that makes it “pro-western” or something like that.
In fairness, I am aware of a couple bands who have had nationalist themes like Sabaton, but they’re a rarity.
For the most part though, metal is just Jewish, anti-white, low-effort propaganda and consumerism and (literally) gay.
The next time someone tries to tell you that heavy metal is “akshulllly like modern classical music like the next Beethoven or Mozart” and is somehow pro-white, even implicitly — remind them that the “metal god” was literally arrested for trying to suck guys dicks in a public bathroom.
