What you say? What race war? What are you talking about, the sensible person asks. Well, I’ll tell you. Look at this graph:

This graph has race war written all over it, for me. It’s just a matter of time, if things don’t change. Africa is a poor place. It’s fragile Eco-system is being overwhelmed by human development, by a growing population.

At 7:30 in the above video, BPS calls for a new model for Africa to become stable and developed. The relevant parts of BPS’s video relating to Africa are found between 6:55 till 9:25.

First, what is the current model? It’s based on sovereign African governments trying to develop their nations, importing technology from advanced nations, trying to develop their infrastructure, their economies, their people, to build a good life for their people…..all great goals.

It’s also based on some European countries and North America skimming from the top of the educational elite, importing the best people Africa has to offer, as immigrants. A good example is President Obama’s dad, who was an award winning scholar in Kenya and became an American.

Here’s the basic problem with the current model: It rests on the assumption that Africa has enough highly intelligent people, to be able to train them, to develop the continent, so that Africa can economically compete in the modern world, against Europe and China and Japan and the United States.

Everyone knows that’s nonsense, but no one says it. The average sub-Saharan IQ is about 70, currently. That’s too low to run an advanced modern economy. So, how to change that? What’s the new model?

That’s easy. Import high IQ populations: Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, Europeans.

Immigration is backwards. Africans now come to advanced countries. That’s backwards. People from advanced countries should be migrating to Third World countries. That makes a whole lot more sense. Here’s why: There are variations in human intelligence across the globe. Jordan Peterson said so in an interview with Stefan Molyneux. He also said they are intractable….you can’t change them.

Between 26:22 and 27:40 Professor Peterson admits there are profound differences in intelligence among groups of people:

Obviously you can’t judge an individual by their race, but generally speaking the African race did not evolve as many of the type of human you need for a complex technological society….thus the unrelenting birth boom in Africa, which may end up destabilizing the planet as BPS suggests.

Here’s why the baby boom in Africa won’t stop: In most places where the modern world arises, the population falls. That was true in China, Japan, Korea. In China and Japan and Korea, they now have the opposite problem: not enough babies are being born. The reason that happened is that their women are very smart, got educated in a big hurry, which is possible with an intelligent population. Women with a lot of education don’t have a lot of kids….simple as that. But this same process will not work, in Africa. The key here is how high is the local IQ? It’s true in high IQ countries that modernization drives down the birth rate, but modernization actually increases the population growth rate in low IQ countries. High IQ populations quickly educate their women, to a high level….and very, very quickly modernize, like what happened in Japan, China and Korea. Most students of recent history will recognize that it’s true that the quickest economic development and rise in standards of living and education and income and technical processes in human history, this happened in East Asia…..the place with the highest general IQ. Coincidence? Hardly. That quick modernization and accompanying decline in population growth is possible in places like China and Japan and Korea because the population is naturally wicked smart……a bit smarter than whites, if you trust the data.

However, this same modernization process leading to low birth rates won’t be true in Africa because they don’t have enough high IQ people to run a modern economy, they can’t handle their problems, so women don’t get educated, a modern economy does not evolve to induce women to work and go to school instead of having children. What happened in China and Japan and Korea, will not and cannot ever happen in Africa, because the population does not have enough gifted people to run a modern economy. So instead of getting richer and more educated, they have more and more babies, so the high birth rate continues, actually accelerated by the modern world. This is a very unfortunate trend for the human race. In time, the Eco-system will break down, many more species will go extinct, and billions of people will show up in Europe, first running through the street, then demanding to be looked after….by the remaining Europeans, whose population is now imploding, going the opposite direction to the African trends. That’s the crazy train we are now on and we are headed for Crazyville….All the while, we pretend that Africa can modernize, just like any other place on the globe. What nonsense. It’s a public lie, that everyone tells….

Jordan Peterson used to work for the U.N. on development, plus he knows the research on IQ cold, so he would in his private moments of truth and candor agree with me. He might not say so publicly because he hates racists, doesn’t want to encourage them. There is a fine line between deep morality for the sake of good, and hiding the truth, for what you think is the good…..but may turn out to be the bad. Honesty and bravery are almost always the better choice. An ounce of pain now, or a pound of pain, later. Our choice. Professor Peterson has said a number of times that the thing the political left gets wrong is they insist on equality of outcome…that’s his central criticism of the left.

Guess why he says that? He knows the IQ literature says that Northern European Jews have the world’s highest IQ’s, that’s why they dominate banking and positions of power. Jordan Peterson taught at Harvard, where he was a star Professor. If you go look up stats for elite universities like Harvard, one in three professors are Jewish. He knows that. Many of his professor friends are Jewish. He is reluctant to push this truth about variation in intelligence among various populations too much because like me, he hates antisemitism. Professor Peterson also knows men score higher than women on IQ tests, especially at the highest level, which means the whole feminist project of equality between the sexes is a fantasy, a mirage…..particularly in science. That’s why he says the left should stop pushing equality of outcome. For all kinds of evidence based reasons, that’s an idiotic, unattainable goal. He knows it. Guess what? He also knows the African IQ is too low, to pull off a modern economy. They have a marvelous electrical system in South Africa. Not bad for a nation that is 90% black. How does this happen? Let’s be clear, while not being insulting, not denigrating anyone: The only reason South Africa has electricity from nuclear energy is that they have a reasonably sized local white population, with enough trained engineers. The black population simply doesn’t have enough smart people to run something, that complex.

That pesky graph above shows the arc of population growth in Africa, because the African population continues to breed at a high rate, because the IQ is too low to produce a modern economy. Now the intellectual elite….the George Soros crowd….wants to import billions of Africans into Europe? A stupid, stupid idea. Wow, that’s a recipe for a race war. No thanks. I don’t hate anyone, I don’t hate any race, I love all my fellow humans, I don’t want a race war. That’ plan is the craziest thing I have ever heard. If the European government actually go ahead with importing hundreds of millions of black immigrants, I’d bet both of my legs it would end in disaster, in a very violent bloody civil war killing many millions. That’s so crazy an idea, would so obviously lead to a race war, that I seriously wonder if the European white intellectual liberal elite …..the Party of Davos….doesn’t have strong sub-conscious longings for a race war. After all, this same crowd, a few generations back, were the same elite who brought the world the Nazis, due to their mis-management of Europe.

Let’s talk about race. For the record, the evidence suggests the European race is not even the smartest race, so anyone who suggests I’m some sort of racist, can go jump in a lake. All humans are equal in dignity in my mind, that’s based on my religious belief, but that doesn’t mean I don’t recognize evolution. I do. But I also recognize that while there is NO such thing as a superior race, there are large variations in human intelligence and there are simply not enough smart people in Africa, of the kind you need to run a modern economy. This leads to their population growth spiraling out of control…..which I think is what BPS was getting at.

What to do? First admit liberals and progressives are wrong, wrong, wrong on race. The part of the liberal and progressive view that treats all people kindly and with equal dignity and equality under the law I totally agree with. I always have. Liberals are right on that. And I fully recognize lots of Africans are much, much smarter than I am. And many Africans are much better people than I am. I know, because I’ve been there. I don’t get any points, just for being white.

But it’s still true that group averages are what they are, and they largely decide the fate of civilizations. With that in mind, we need to swallow the bitter black pill of racial variation, not be arrogant about it, but push for Africa to have large populations of Asians and Whites. That would do more than anything to improve the lives of Africans and slow their population growth. My argument as a lifelong jazz and basketball fan is that black Americans tremendously enriched America, culturally. About 12% of our population is black. I have no problem with that. Why can’t Africa do the same, for whites? Start with about making about 12% of Africa….whites. Let them have their own gated and guarded ethnic communities and even small countries, within Africa….which is a very, very big place.

There was actually such a proposal made, before Israel came into existence. It was in an area that I visited, on safari. Very beautiful. Parts of Uganda and Kenya were offered, to be set aside for a Jewish homeland. Unfortunately for Africa, the Jews turned down the offer and Africa did not benefit from a large influx of the people with the world’s highest average IQ….who could have done much, much good for Africa.

Immigration patterns are precisely backwards: We should not strip Africa of it’s smartest people, as we currently do by letting in African immigrants. We should send them millions of Japanese, Chinese, Koreans and Europeans, to live peacefully with Africans and help them develop. We should encourage African governments to allow and encourage such immigration and we should refuse to accept any immigrants from Africa unless they accept immigrants from high IQ countries. And make all future aid totally conditional on pushing family planning.

South Africa has about 9% whites and 80% blacks. Despite the horrific legacy of racism, which horrified me like all good people of every race, still South Africa needs to increase the number of whites, dramatically. That’s the best thing to do, even if it is counter-intuitive, in light of the history of racism in South Africa. It’s what works. The current Marxism bullshit now pushed by the South African government will never do. It doesn’t work. It’s just a sign of desperation from an incompetent government who know their own people can’t run a modern economy on their own, so they lash out at whites…..and blame whites for their own incompetence….which itself is not their fault. People are, what they are….. For the record I was no fan of apartheid, I am no fan of racism, but we should not let emotion cloud our judgement: South Africa has many features of advanced technical economies, because it has a reasonably sized white population…..9% So when there are lots of smart people around, eventually everyone benefits.

I noticed the same thing in visiting Haiti and the Dominican Republic. They both share the same island. Haiti is almost entirely black…..very poor and very, very run down. A shit hole’s shit hole, unfortunately. The Dominican Republic on the other hand has a large white population mixed into the black population, so the Dominican Republic is much, much more advanced and well off than Haiti. If we want to fix Haiti, same thing: import more White people, more East Asians.

This is not rocket science. It’s mostly about being brave about what we already know.

The person I admire most on Africa is Jane Goodal, a skinny and now old white woman I have gone to listen to twice. What I loved about her is that she is both kind and very, very smart. She loves Africa with an unwavering passion. Africa needs a few million Jane Goodals. Here is Jane in her prime:

Liberal assumptions on race are all wrong. They think they are being kind people, by lying on race. In fact liberals and progressives and SJWs are very, very cruel on race, because they control the public dialogue and shout down anyone bringing up sensible facts. And this actually hurts people, it doesn’t help. Yes, there is something worse than racism: it’s dishonesty on race.

And this leads to a lack of solutions to help the prosperity of Africa……these liberal assumptions on race, they perpetuate suffering. However, we can change: If we do the right things, we can help Africa develop and bring down it’s population growth. It’s the reason so many African economies are now growing quickly. I hope the African governments ask the Chinese to stay and become citizens. A couple hundred million Chinese is just what Africa needs. Reject liberal and progressive beliefs: they are leading to a race war. They are anti-science. Science does not tell us how the world should be. It tells us how it actually is. Read the data. Do the right thing. Do the courageous, moral thing: reject liberal progressive fairy tale values on race.

And of course, all this is happening, while Africa’s population explodes, next door there is a population implosion in the advanced countries like Europe. Elon Musk outlined this in his video “No More Kids”. So the African population is exploding and growing far too fast and with it the natural world is being destroyed, animals, plants and trees go extinct at an alarming rate and the Eco-systems in Africa are devastated. When their Eco-systems and political and economic systems collapse, they will want to move to Europe. Maybe a better way is to keep Africans in Africa, help them import large populations from high IQ countries, who can help them solve their economic, social and environmental problems. Perhaps Swedes should shut the fuck up about all their moral self-righteousness and virtue signalling, about saving the planet by importing some Africans, into Sweden. That plan won’t work, unless by “work” you mean help to destroy Europe and start a race war. Instead maybe large numbers of Swedes should migrate, to Africa. That would do the most good, for the world. Importing people who can’t economically compete, into Europe, other than impressing your friends with your phony moral virtue, it actually accomplishes nothing…..unless you count increasing the scale of the problem, an accomplishment.

So yes, this is all leading to a race war, if we don’t change things. If we continue on the same path we are now on, it will end in massive bloodshed. Here’s why:
